We do not offer refunds for shipping fees at this time.
All our shipping needs are provided and executed by USPS.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
WEEKLY ORDERS - Most weeks, please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped, this excludes weekends and holidays.
WEEKEND ORDERS - Any orders placed after 9 am on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & PROTECTION
USPS First Class Shipping ranges from 5-10 days (excluding days for processing and weekends). This shipping option is most cost effective but lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the customer - no exceptions.
USPS Priority Shipping ranges 2-6 days (excluding the days for processing & weekends). This shipping option offers insurance up to $100 and any lost (not stolen) package case can be filed via USPS. Stolen packages or incorrect deliveries are not insured under this shipping option - and VERSA OUTFITTERS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If two orders are placed separately and you would like them to be shipped together, we can combine the orders but there will be no refund for the shipping costs for either order.

At this time we are not able to ship internationally but we do hope to have this offering available in the near future.

Return & Exchange Policy
You have 20 days from the date of the purchase to request a refund or exchange. You then must ship back your Versa Outfitters items back to us within 7 days from your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return. If you have not contacted us or shipped your purchase back to us within 20 days of purchasing, we can't accept the return or offer a refund.
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item or items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

All sale items and all ACCESSORIES are FINAL SALE.
Reasons we may NOT approve your return request:
To be eligible for a return, please make sure to include the items with their original packaging, tags, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached (in the original location) and be sent back in the same packaging.
1. Product Damage - holes, stains, Velcro marks, cuts, any damage to the item
2. Pet hair or hair of any kind
3. Odor of any kind - including detergent
4. Tags are removed or retagged in a different location or with a different technique
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, ie. packing slip that comes inside your package. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 8-10 business days to receive the refund.
Shipping: Shipping fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable.
DOMESTIC EXCHANGE POLICY (US)
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. You have 14 days from the date of the purchase to request an exchange. Must ship back your Versa Outfitters items within 7 days from your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your exchange. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
All items can be exchanged within 18 days (from date of purchase) as long as inventory permits, and tags are still attached (sale items not included). Please email email@example.com about the request - send your original product along with your name, order number, email and which size you are looking to exchange to the address above. Garments will be inspected prior to sending out the exchanged garment.
Reasons for NOT approving your exchange request may be due to:
1. Product issues - velcro marks, stains, cuts, holes, any damage to the item
2. Dog hair or hair of any kind
3. Odor of any kind - including detergent
4. Tags are off or retagged in a different location or with a different technique
4. Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchase
When exchanging for another size, the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer, not Versa Outfitters. Please be mindful of the details of sizing under each product.
HOW DO I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR A REFUND?
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order #, name, and your request. You do NOT need to wait for approval of the return/exchange before shipping the package back, however, we do request your email request is sent prior to shipping your item back to us.
2) Please include any feedback regarding your reason for returning in your email to better help us understand your return or exchange and how we can improve going forward.
3) Ship back your Versa Outfitters items within 7 days from your request. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return or exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If your product is defective or damaged, we will be happy to provide a prepaid return shipping label to you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. Once we've received the damage, garments will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item the same day.
GOT THE WRONG ORDER?
We apologize for the inconvenience, send us an email at email@example.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP. Please note: if the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product.
